Full Name as per Registered details to be included into Final Project/Thesis upon submission

Dear Students,

 

Full Name as per Registered details to be included into Final Project/Thesis upon submission

 

It has been brought to our attention by our partner Universities that students are not including their full name as registered in the portal when submitting their final project/thesis.

 

When IBES forwards students’ submission to partner Universities based on the registered name, the partner University are finding it difficult to trace the final project/thesis, as the name on the students’ project/thesis is not listed as per the registered name.

 

Kindly therefore check your profile in Moodle or with your relevant Centre, if unsure as to how your name is registered. Thereafter, please ensure that in your final project/thesis, your full name is included, as per registration. Please note that this is a compulsory requirement and must be adhered to avoid rejection for resubmission, which could delay the endorsement process.

[IBES] Unlimited Resubmission before submission deadline

Dear Students,

We are pleased to inform you that you are now permitted to do unlimited resubmissions before the submission deadline. Enclosed is a copy of the guidelines on "How to upload Assignment in Moodle".

Please note that this change has been made at the request of students; however, submission request after the deadline will not be accepted.
