Dear Students,

Full Name as per Registered details to be included into Final Project/Thesis upon submission

It has been brought to our attention by our partner Universities that students are not including their full name as registered in the portal when submitting their final project/thesis.

When IBES forwards students’ submission to partner Universities based on the registered name, the partner University are finding it difficult to trace the final project/thesis, as the name on the students’ project/thesis is not listed as per the registered name.

Kindly therefore check your profile in Moodle or with your relevant Centre, if unsure as to how your name is registered. Thereafter, please ensure that in your final project/thesis, your full name is included, as per registration. Please note that this is a compulsory requirement and must be adhered to avoid rejection for resubmission, which could delay the endorsement process.

Dear Students,

We have received confirmation from UCAM that in line with their University policy and the Protocol department, it has been decided that UCAM will not be holding a graduation ceremony at their campus until further notice.

For those students considering attending the IBES graduation ceremony in Malaysia, please note that it is scheduled for 25^th  May 2025. Invitations have been sent out in batches for the eligible graduates since 31 December 2024.
