IBES is dedicated to facilitating and making available high-quality programmes and recognised qualifications globally.
IBES is registered as a Professional Training service provider in accordance to Article R.6351-6 of the French Employment Code, with the prefecture of the region of ILE-DE-FRANCE under Number 11755913675. IBES is also registered as a private distance learning establishment of Higher Education with the French Ministry of Education in accordance with the French Education Act – Code de l’Education Articles L 444-1 to 444-11 and R 444-1 to 444-28.
IBES is a member of the European Association for Distance Learning (EADL). We are also Qualiopi certified. Qualiopi is a French quality certification mark for training providers. This certification attests to the quality of the processes we have implemented to help develop the knowledge and skills of our students.
E-learning is transforming the landscape of learning and development into a more creative, transformative, adaptable, and accessible medium for learning.

Our LMS, Moodle, is a popular open-source learning management system that provides teachers with a platform to create and deliver online courses. It offers a wide range of features and tools for collaboration, communication, assessment, and course management.
